3/Jul/21 where did Summer go

 

Good morning world.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Yesterday, the temp didn't get above 10 C.  For my readers in the US, that's 50 F.  Today, isn't going to be much better.  Only 12 C is the forecasted high temp.  Tomorrow, is about the same.  Monday, about the same.  Then on Tuesday, we go back to something that looks like Summer temps at 23 C.

Of course Tonya is devastated.

This means no sitting out.

Oh, did I mention that it's also supposed to rain, straight through till Tuesay?

Now, look at the picture above.

Do you see the little heater box?  Yes, you can see that it's glowing red cause it's so cold in the house and Tonya refuses to turn the furnace on.

I can imagine that they will be using the little heater box all weekend long.

The Big Guy is pretty happy about all this turn of events.

He rather loves just sitting on the love seat, with his leg up and his blankey wrapped around him and then just napping the day away.

Are any of you going to be napping and waiting for Summer to come back?

Myself, except for the rain, I'm good with the cooler temps.
