Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Tonya and the Big Guy got his huge bird feeder that they got hanging off a tree in the back yard.
They have also filled it, 3 times.
Which is not unreasonable to think that the birds would actually feed from it, which they do.
But they also let it go empty.
Having said that, you should see the amount of bird seed that is on the ground, near where the bird feeder is.
Vice the birds feeding from the feeder, right now, they are feeding off the ground.
This has a double effect.
Yes the birds are pecking at the ground, but in that area, the grass doesn't grow very well.
Now, with all that seed on the ground, there is actually something growing in that particular area.
Tonya told the Big Guy, she expects him to fill the bird feeding instead of playing his XBox in the morning.
He said that he "will see".
Not sure what he means by that.
I guess we will see.
