Good morning Cape Breton.
Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home.
So there was no walk yesterday.
Although I really should clarify. No walks OUTSIDE. But we sure did walk INSIDE. Oh yea. The Big Guy cleaned out the front mud room. Everything was taken out and vacuumed. Then he put stuff back in. BUT, only the stuff that would NORMALLY be there. Like a tote for some stuff. Bird seed, some salt buckets (it seems Winter will not leave), the garden chairs and then he's got a bunch of garbage bags that will go out to big garbage.
Then he took the stuff out of the back storage room. There was all kinds of stuff piled up on the dining room table.
He then had to get stuff to the basement. He must have done about a dozen trips to the basement. I would follow him down for EVERY trip. Then back upstairs we would go. He took a shelving unit from the basement and put it in the back room. So then, everything moved from the dining room table and on to the shelves.
We were not done yet. Then he moved everything that he put in the stairs and brought that to the attic.
I wanted to go to the attic with him. But the stairs are super steep. He kept telling me to stay downstairs. I wanted to go up the stairs with him though.
Then he brought down a huge tote from the attic and all his tupperware is in the tote. Now the tupperware isn't organized. It is all thrown into the tote. He figures that is a job for another day.
But more vacuuming was done. He has one of those Dyson vacuums. Well he found out that peanut shells don't vacuum so well. He was also being a bit of a smart ass too. Instead of dumping the contents from the vacuum in the garbage, he stepped out on the deck and emptied it there.
He found out one important thing.
DO NOT empty the vacuum into the wind. Make sure you are facing sideways to the wind. Otherwise the contents blows all over you. I would have laughed if I had the ability.
So we must have walked a couple kilometers inside the house yesterday. I know that the Big Guy was super tired when he was all done. Tonya was really happy with the job he did when she got home.
But today, I'm hoping that I will be walked OUTSIDE.
OK, so, Today's Blast From the Past:
The Video of the Day:
Bye bye fur now.
