Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.
There was a time, when kids used to play outside.
Now, if you see a group of kids walking down the street, you think they are "up to something".
The Big Guy can remember playing outside, during the Winter and being so cold when he would finally come inside.
He said that his feet and legs were tingling due to the blood flow finally going back into his limbs.
Now, kids will stay home and play on their gaming machines.
Most kids will never have gone fishing.
Most kids will never have gone camping.
Most kids will not know what it is to sit around a fire and roast marshmellows.
Now, with the Covid, they are indoors even more than ever.
They (who ever they are) have said, even after you get your Covid shot, you will still need to wear a mask while you are out in public.
Aaaah well...
I can see the dawn's early light. Soon enough, the sun will be up and we will start a new day. Lets hope that soon enough, kids will be able to play outside once again.
