5/Apr/21 the turkey and the vegetables were grand

 

Good morning world.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.

When the Big Guy cooks his turkey, he also debones the turkey and puts the turkey into a container.  Then he makes his gravy.  He boils the skin and bones.  He will keep the broth.  He will throw out the carcass to the sea gulls.

Floyd has said that his gravy will convert vegetarians.

So, todays agenda is to make turkey pie.  There is a lot of turkey.  There is also a lot of veggies.  So this will be a full pie.

We will see if he can't make two pies.  Or he may just make one and then save some turkey so that they can make hot turkey sandwiches.

He got plans.

But they don't include me.

It's only Tonya that will give in and give me some of her turkey and veggies.

On to the weather.

I think it's time for the Big Guy to build an ark.  It started raining on Friday and it hasn't quit.  Plus, it's been raining HARD.  Lots of rain.

Normally I like to sit outside and enjoy being outside.  Not the last few days.  It's been nasty.

Of course, it isn't snow, so you know who is happy about that.
