6/Aug/18 it needs to rain for the grass

Good morning Cape Breton.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home.

So there was quite a bit of rain in the forecast yesterday.  Turns out, we didn't get a lot of rain at all.  The Big Guy was quite disappointed about the forecast.

BUT, he did manage to put the door jam all back together and did manage to create an access door so that if he needs to access the back of the washer and dryer, he can.  All in all, he was quite pleased with the results.

Just the one side of the hole, isn't finished at all.  But like Tonya was saying, that will be a job for the next renovation.  For them to create a much nicer and cleaner hole.  Also, to make it wider and taller.  That's not going to happen for a few years.  So nothing for the Big Guy to worry about today.

Tonya needs this little ladder that she has for the kitchen, well, she has it upstairs so that she can reach the controls for the dryer.  They are much taller than the previous washer and dryer that she had.  This one only has two steps on it.  Well there is one at Canadian Tire that is on sale and it has THREE Steps on it.  Which would be much safer for her.  It folds up nice and neat so that she could put it next to the washer, when not in use.  Then she could bring her two step ladder back to the kitchen for stuff that the Big Guy hides away on her.

He can be very mean that way.  He will intentionally put some of his baking stuff on the higher shelves so that Tonya can't get to it.  Gosh, if it was ruined, I'm sure she would buy you new stuff to replace it.

Someone did a BIG burn out out front of our house.  The Big Guy was looking at the track that was left.  Who ever did the burn out, it wasn't all that impressive.  Only one tire was doing the burn out.  If the car was worth anything, it would have at least been doing the burn out with two tires.
