Why did everyone getting up early today? Ah yes, the Day Light Savings has been turned off. Not every country has this. Even parts of Canada says no to DLS. My non-furry sister, Melissa and her family who lives in Saskatchewan doesn't adhere to that. So although she is not effected by the lack of sleep, her TV viewing changes.
Yesterday I found this 2x4 and was chewing on it in the back yard. The Big Guy was looking around and couldn't see where it came from. He put it aside and just out of my reach. Once he finds where it came from, he will likely put it back.
This morning the Big Guy is going to be making fried potatoes, fried balagona with eggs and toast. Is there anyone that would like to drop by and have some? The coffee is on and it's hot.
So Tonya does this new thing so that she can sleep in the morning. After I come downstairs, she puts up the baby gate at the bottom of the stairs. This FORCES me to stay with the Big Guy downstairs. Then she is able to go back to bed.
Today is Sunday, Tonya's sister, Elaine is going to call and wake her up. She will ask what she is doing, like she has done for COUNTLESS other Sunday's and Tonya will tell her that she is sleeping. Then her sister will tell her to call back later when she is out of bed. It's like a funny game that they play. You would think that her sister would get the hint and know that she would like to sleep in on her day off.
Then Tonya's sister will wait and will call back, even thought she told Tonya to call. Once again, she will ask, what she is doing. Tonya likes to watch this TV series, Coronation Street. So then she will tell her, to call back once her show is over.
But will she wait?
How many of you said: NO.
Well, you would be right. Tonya's sister will call back again, still watching the TV program, is the normal reply.
Oh the games humans like to play.
