The Big Guy was looking online and he found this new recipe.
Ever since he went to this pizza joint in Baddeck, he has been trying to find out why their pizza was so good.
He really thinks they are cooking on cast iron.
That their pizza is pan fried.
Not just run through a pizza oven.
So, it's not just the cast iron, but it's also the dough.
The Big Guy gets up every morning and watches YouTube videos.
Well there is this channel that has this pizza.
He thinks this may be the pizza that he has been trying to re-create.
He did up the dough last night, after work.
He actually added more gluten to the flour.
The Big Guy has a cousin that says she is allergic to gluten. Her younger sister says that it's all in her head. That she doesn't have celiac disease.
But the Big Guy needs to get MORE of this wheat gluten as he has run out.
Actually the recipe calls for bread flour. But as much as the Big Guy has looked on the store shelves, he has never found bread flour. But you can make bread flour. When you get your all purpose flour, you remove a teaspoon and a half. Then you add a teaspoon and a half of this wheat gluten. Make sure to mix it up in the flour. Ta da... you now got bread flour.
Anyways, the dough is in the fridge, covered in saran wrap.
The Big Guy will be cutting up some sausages and pepperoni. He doesn't slice it as thick as Tonya does.
But he also has to make sure that they got some pizza sauce and some shredded cheese.
Otherwise, it will be fried dough. Not very pizza like.
