So it's supposed to rain all day today.
What does that mean for me? Well, normally it means no walks. Either that, or a really short walk. Tonya and the Big Guy don't really like walking in the rain.
The Big Guy was saying, it's going to be a Netflix kind of day.
I bet Tonya will have other plans for him. None of which includes letting the Big Guy watch Netflix all day long.
She really can't stand him doing nothing. Then again, the Big Guy has spoken with his friends and their wives can't stand it when they do nothing as well.
We are supposed to get another soaking in the middle of the week. Tropical storm Beryl is going to come for a visit.
Yesterday the Big Guy was outside mowing and trimming the lawn. He doesn't allow me outside when he is doing that kind of yard work. So I go from window to window to see what he is up to.
Tonya has these three flowers that she grows in the front yard. They create an obstacle when the Big Guy is trying to mow the lawn. Normally, after the flowers have bloomed, Tonya will allow the Big Guy to mow them down. Well, he has seen the flower, now he's waiting for the OK to mow them down.
Don't tell Tonya, but yesterday, when the Big Guy was mowing the lawn, one of the flowers go sucked under the lawn mower and then the flower EVAPORATED! That's the only way to describe it. It was there and suddenly, it wasn't. You could see the look on his face. He knew that Tonya would be upset if she thought he did it on purpose.
But there was this one time, the Big Guy was using the whipper snipper and he clipped one of Tonya's flowers. She was so upset with him. So she grabbed the shipper snipper and wanted to trim around her flowers by herself.
Well, she trimmed the flowers. ZIP! Flowers were GONE! Then she knew that the Big Guy didn't do it on purpose.
