11/Nov/20 Remembrance day isn't going to be like other remembrance days of the past

Good morning world.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Yesterday was one of those weather anomalies.  In Alberta, it was below freezing and they have quite a bit of snow on the ground.

Yesterday, it was +22 at one point.  The Big Guy was outside in a muscle shirt and his shorts.  As you can see by this picture, I was at the other end of the deck, out of the sun, enjoying my chew toy.

So, it's Remembrance Day today.

Many wars have been fought.  So many people have died.  For what?  Some land...  you want to be free to live the way you want and someone else doesn't agree.

Then again, I suppose, animals are like that too.  They fight to breed.  They fight to get the best hunting area.

Just that humans do it on another level.

But it's weird how they will justify that they want your stuff and don't really care if it's yours or not.

You own it, but they want it.  So therefore, they take it from you.  That's not fair.

Oh well, no one said that making war was smart.

Let us hope that we don't ever have to do that again.
