12/Dec/22 the tree is a no touchie item

Good morning world.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Yesterday, Aurora and Little Floyd came for a visit.

They loved the Christmas Decorations.

There is one of the decorations, it looks like a little child with their arms over their head.

You are supposed to put this decoration in the corner as it is supposed to look like the child is being punished.

Either that, or playing hide and seek and they are the seeker.

Aurora picked it up and turned it around.

She looked at Tonya.

"Nanny, no eyes".

Tonya didn't want to laugh at Aurora.  She told her, it's a Christmas decoration and to please put it back.

Aurora put it back in it's spot.

Little Floyd was even less interested in the decorations.

One at a time, they both went to the tree and touched the lights.

Thankfully, they are not the lights from the day of when the Big Guy was a little boy.

Those lights were so hot, they used to burn down the tree if it wasn't watered properly.

They also touched a few of the branches.

Once the were satisfied, that the tree was fake.

They went back to the toys that they always play with.

They ran around the house a few times.

I chased after them to see if I could get the cookies from their little hands.

After they left, Tonya gave me what was left of their cookies.

Yummy.

Your blast from the past
