17/Mar/20 making sure everyone stays home

Good morning world.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.

It's pretty quiet outside.  Not a lot of traffic.  Everyone is staying home.

Yesterday someone went to Sobey's (grocery store) and they came back to work and told everyone, there wasn't any more bread in the store.  They were sold out.

That doesn't upset the Big Guy one bit.  He has been making home made bread for quite some time.  So there being no bread in the store, will not really effect him.  Since I only get the crust from Tonya's sandwiches that she makes for herself, I will not be effected either.

The Big Guy is expecting his Turtle Wax ceramic stuff to come in the mail today.  When he was looking at the tracking number, it is going to be delivered today.

I guess there is a lot of stuff that can be bought on line.  You can even go online and order your groceries from Superstore (another grocery store).  But they need you to go pick them up.

They were talking at work yesterday and there is news about some schools being closed straight thru to September.  They will graduate all the children though.  I should think that all those children would be "home schooled" during this bit so that they don't get behind on their education.

The Big Guy wanted to know if the price of gas was going to go down again today.  There was talk about it yesterday.  They have about 1/2 a tank of gas in their car.  Not like they are going anywhere, but always nice to get cheap gas.
