6/Feb/20 you are disturbing my nap time

Good morning world.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.

So, there are parts of Nova Scotia that is going to be getting some freezing rain.  This isn't as pleasant as you would think.  Yes, it does look nice on the trees and what not.  But only in moderation.  Where there is a lot of freezing rain, it is not so nice.

Freezing rain will break the limbs off of trees.  It will also take down power lines.  Not to mention, it also creates a very slippery surface to drive on.

The Big Guy was telling me a story.  They used to keep the green bin at the back door.  Then, they would just open the back door, step out on the back deck, and empty their stuff that they would have to put in the green bin.

Well, it was freezing rain.  The Big Guy stepped out on the back deck and slipped.  If it wouldn't have been for the railing, he would have slipped right off the deck and onto the ground.  As he laid there, getting wet from the rain, he was hoping that he didn't injure his knee.  He didn't.  But for a slip second, he thought he did.  It was mostly his ego that got bruised that night.  Since no one seen him fall, it would have been a while before Tonya would have gone looking for him.

Did you see the Sourdough Bread recipe that the Big Guy posted on Facebook?  Of course I got to try some.  Tonya gave me a piece of the bread and told me to chew it.

I swallowed it whole.

TA DA...  like magic...  it disappeared!
