Good morning world.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.

The Big Guy will wander around the house in the dark.  He doesn't turn on the lights unless Tonya gets up with him.  He is so used to being in the Navy for all those years.  Although at night, in the Navy, they would have what they called "Red Lighting".  This had little effect on your night vision.

Anyways, the Big Guy is also brewing this "man cold".  They are the worst.  At least guys think that they are.

Anyways, he has these pills that he keeps in his back pack.  Decongestants and what not.  He seemed to have two blister packs of decongestants.  He didn't give it a lot of thought.  He knows that he is going to be taking some of the decongestants to work.

But, in the dark this morning, he took the last two pills from this one blister pack and went to the kitchen to get some orange juice.

From the light of the refrigerator, he takes notice.  He doesn't have decongestants.  He has Imodium.  Had he taken the two pills, he wouldn't be able to poop for about two days.

Not that this would have bothered me too much.  That would be HIS problem.  Not mine.

So, what is the take away from this story?

Don't be so cheap.  Turn the lights on before taking your medication.
