28/Feb/20 I'm hiding from all the rain we got

Good morning world.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Did you ever notice, when a dog gets wet, they shake.

Well last night was no different.  

The Big Guy and Tonya were watching the news and they seen that we were supposed to get upwards of 20 cm of snow.

Well that didn't happen.  We got SOME snow, but then it flipped to rain.  Lots and lots of rain.  The Big Guy was so happy about seeing how much rain they were getting.

Of course I had to go outside.  Well, the rain.  I'm not so keen on rain.

This morning, the Big Guy hardly had any snow to shovel.  What was on the ground was covered with rather wet and heavy snow.  But it certainly didn't stop him from putting out the garbage along with the blue bags.  He figures the lack of snow will not interfere with the garbage collection.

I was watching him shovel the snow.  It didn't take him long.  For the last few days, the Big Guy was sure that he would be taking out his snow blower.  But the lack of snow today, well, he doesn't have to do that now.  Of course he is rather pleased.

Well the Big Guy is looking to go watch his Star Trek program that he put on the DVR.  He said that the previous Star Trek programs used to be on earlier in the evening.  But now, the new Star Trek, they say the word "Fuck" every so often.  That must be why it's on later in the evening.
