Good morning world.
Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Yesterday, before the Big Guy went outside to do some yard work, he noticed that there was a lot of leaves on the ground, on the neighbors property.
He looked around some more and noticed that the trees are dropping their leaves before they are turning color.
Each year, there is this event, called, Celtic Colors.
Now, that isn't for another 6 weeks.
But the trees are dropping their foliage early this year.
Celtic Colors is going to be very bland.
Also, there is the fact that Hurricane Season isn't over yet.
Yes, we got hit by one hurricane this season, but we can still be hit by another.
Will the next hurricane create more havoc?
I guess we will have to wait and see.
But with the trees dropping most of their leaves, I guess it wouldn't be as bad.
Then... there is Winter.
It's coming.
How many blizzards will we get this year?
Of course the Big Guy is hoping for zero.
He can be funny like that.
He likes a little snow.
But not enough that he has to shovel it.
