Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Growing up, the Big Guy was never really introduced to the "sweet meats".
This would be the internal organs.
Liver, heart, kidneys to name a few.
I'm sure that there is other meats that people eat, that the Big Guy can't any more.
He always liked how liver smelled while it was being fried.
But there is stuff that is in these meats that the Big Guy can't have.
When the Dr told him, no sweet meats, he was somewhat overjoyed.
At the same time, he was also told, no salads either.
Tonya keeps trying to sneak stuff into his diet.
But then the Big Guy gets a visit from Senior Gout.
These visits are never very popular with the Big Guy.
He tries to avoid all the stuff that will cause him pain.
But...
There is one exception that he will make.
Fish.
He isn't supposed to have fish either.
He does.
Not every day mind out.
He says that he would be willing to suffer from a gout attack if it meant that he could have some Fish & Chips.
Like I said, he doesn't have it that often. Perhaps once a month.
He isn't crazy and looks forward to getting gout.
