Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.
A few years ago, the Big Guy had made some creme corn in his cast iron skillet.
He doesn't remember where the recipe got to.
He can't remember the recipe being as hard as what he is finding on the internet.
It was just a few items.
Obviously corn that he would have taken off the cob.
Butter and a few other items.
Some of the recopies he has been finding has added bacon. Onions. Plus a whole variety of other stuff.
He was just trying to find a really simple recepie.
The Big Guy doesn't much like corn on the cob.
He likes it well enough. But he really loves creme corn.
I have the feeling that I would love it too.
Tonya wants to have blueberry waffles today, as it's Mother's Day.
You know he will make them for her.
Then, I will just need to stare at her while she has them.
Then, I will have some too.
