Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.
It snowed last night.
They had forecasted for 40 cm, or 16 inches of snow.
The Big Guy got up and looked outside.
He was rather glad to see that the weather forecaster may have been incorrect.
It looks like 10 to 15 cm, or about 6 inches of snow, may have fallen.
Myself, it could be any amount and I would be happy.
I just love the snow.
He was also looking at the power outage map.
Very few people lost power during this storm.
Unless you have a wood burning stove, or wood burning fireplace, when the power goes out, so does the heat in your house.
Although people are getting solar panels for their roof and battery packs for their homes. This allows them a few days of electricity.
Or, they have a generator.
But for now, no one has to worry about that.
