13/Pct/18 OK little mouse, I can see you

Good morning Cape Breton.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home.

So it's that time of year again when the mice and other little animals want to come inside.  We know that we have at least one mouse.  I've seen him running across the dining room floor.

What is the Big Guy doing about this?  Well he put out some traps.  So far, nothing in the traps.

Then there is this rat.  This rat is still outside.  But I'm sure if the rat could get inside, then we would have rats inside the house.

The Big Guy has put out the traps outside.  So far, the traps have been tripped, but no rat.  So far.  I'm sure the law of averages is going to catch up to the rat and it will get caught.

Yesterday was garbage day and the Big Guy had put some of the branches in the green bin.  He will be putting more branches in the green bin this week and putting them to the curb each week until all the branches are gone.

I would think, in the "old" days, they would have made a pile and would then just burn them up.  Same with the leaves that would fall off the trees.

Now they sort of frown upon that practice.

Tonya had to go to the walk in clinic yesterday.  She needs her medication renewed.  She was there for over 5 hours.  That is a long time to see a Doctor.

When I go to the Vet, I'm normally done in 15 minutes.

Perhaps Tonya should go to the Vet instead.
