Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Another Halloween is behind us.
Next is Remembrance Day.
After that is Christmas.
Then, it's the deep cold of Winter.
It was a really nice night for the kids to be out Trick or Treating.
It's been cold and wet some years.
This year, not too bad.
But, after the Trick or Treating, there is the fireworks.
I'm not sure how the people of Cape Breton associate Halloween with Fireworks.
I know in years past, it's been really noisy.
With the recession and what not, they must not be selling as many fireworks.
Yesterday the Big Guy made a chicken pot pie.
Tonya said it was yummy, but also had onions in it.
Damn.
Friggin onions.
Why always the onions.
Oh and the Big Guy got the Firestick my Memere bought him.
