Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.
The Big Guy has thought about having a fire inside the house, during summer, when the house isn't that hot, but using the fireplace to have the fire. This way, no bugs.
Or, perhaps when he knows it is going to rain. To take the dampness out of the air.
But they certainly don't use the fireplace that much.
Something that I forgot about yesterday's snow that we got.
It was rather big snowflakes that were falling.
That isn't unusual.
But the fact that there was lightening during the snow storm.
The Big Guy has seen that before, but it is very rare.
Yesterday, the Big Guy got out his snowblower.
He wasn't very happy.
It was mostly slush that was in the driveway.
This is hard on the snowblower.
He had to stop and clean it out, about a dozen times. Then go back at it again.
The Big Guy is counting on the fact that Spring isn't very far away.
