Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Yesterday, the Big Guy and Tonya were both outside cleaning up the snow.

I really wanted to help them with the snow.

While the Big Guy was using his snow blower, I was barking and barking and barking.  He was outside for over 2 1/2 hours yesterday, cleaning up all the snow that fell.

Most of the snow drifts were above the snow blower.  That meant that he had to take several swipes at the snow banks to get them to fit in the snow blower.

There was a video of someone taking a flame thrower to his snow.

It isn't a very efficient way to melt the snow.

When the Big Guy was working for this one company, they sold this wire.  You would line your driveway with it.  Then, when it snowed, you would turn the switch on and it would melt the snow off the driveway.

That would be something to see in action.

You could even put this wire under your deck and stairs.  You would be able to throw your snow shovel away.
