Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.
It is Blue Bag day today. That only happens twice a week.
I understand that a lot of stuff that gets put into the blue bag, gets rejected at the recycle plant.
Where I live, they open up the dump to the public on the 1st Saturday of the month. Most people call it "dump day". But this is where you can drive up with more than just your normal garbage.
They also have Big Garbage Collection week. So, in the Spring, when everyone tends to go through their homes and sees that they got to throw out some stuff that is no longer being used, but isn't good enough to put in a yard sale, well, that goes out for big garbage collection.
Normally, people will drive around and see what people have thrown out. Some is absolute trash. Some is really quite good.
More than once, Tonya and the Big Guy have put stuff to the curb, only to see someone pull up and take their stuff away.
Most people don't mind that one bit.
It is when people will put stuff out and people will come to look at it and trash it even more. That tends to annoy people.
Well, I heard that someone's rabbits are shedding their fur. So that means that Spring is arriving soon.
Myself, I'm not a good indicator of Spring coming as I shed my fur, all year round.
