Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Apparently it's supposed to be April Fools day today.
The Big Guy has never really been a fan of that.
Yesterday, the Big Guy was listening for the garbage truck.
He heard the snow plow instead.
He put his boots on and went to the curb and picked up the garbage bags and brought them over to the front step.
He didn't want the snow plow to bury the garbage bags in the snow bank.
But, the snow was deep in a few spots.
He got snow inside his boots.
When he got inside the house, he emptied the snow.
Or so he thought.
Later on, he went back outside so that he could shovel the snow and get out the snow blower.
Well, he found that he didn't empty ALL the snow from his boots.
By the time he was all done, the sun was out.
Now, today, we are supposed to get a little snow, but then followed by a lot of rain.
There was a joke that the Big Guy rather liked.
He would put a snow blower in the back of a 1/2 ton truck.
Then drive.
When he got to a place where they would ask, what that is in the back of the truck.
That is where he would live.
