Do any of you know what Beef Bourguignon is?
The Big Guy told Tonya, it's a bowl of magic.
Normally, the recipe would make it as a soup and kinda thin stock. Well, LOTS of stock. The big Guy had mentioned that to Tonya.
She added a bit of flour to the stock to thicken it up.
That's the ticket. Beef Bourguignon a la Tonya.
She even added 4 stocks of celery. The recipe didn't call for it, but she added it. Turns out, the Big Guy didn't even know it was there.
She did a great job. She said that it took a long time preparing everything.
The Big Guy told him, don't share any of this supper with her brothers.
They can get their own.
Tonya put the left overs in the glass bowls that they have, well, for left overs.
I do believe, the Big Guy plans on having some for breakfast today.
The question of the day...
Did I get any?
Answer, NO
Why? It had a full bottle of wine in it, along with other stuff I'm not supposed to have.
Denied goodness.
