Good morning world.
Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Remember, how earlier this week, I was saying that Tonya and the Big Guy went to Chetticamp for the day for the Big Guy to see the specialist?
Well, as they are sitting in the parking lot, chatting, with the windows down. The Big Guy heard what he thought was a Hercules aircraft. He recognizes the engine noise as it's somewhat distinctive.
When he finally located the plane in the sky, he seen that he was wrong.
It was an Argus. Which is Canada's Maritime Surveillance aircraft. In the United States, their version is called the Orion.
Here's the thing, all these aircraft, have the same engines.
On a Herc, the engine is bottom mounted on the wing. On the Argus, they are top mounted.
When you hear the aircraft, you can mistake one for the other, unless you actually see it.
When Tonya seen it, she turned to the Big Guy and asked; Where is the plane going?
The Big Guy pointed in the general direction that the plane was traveling and said: That way.
He honestly didn't know why Tonya was so upset with him. She asked the question, he gave the answer.
