Good morning world.
Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Yesterday, Tonya and the Big Guy took off to Chetticamp. The Big Guy had to meet with this Doctor specialist. He had this test done about a month and a half ago, and he finally got the results.
The Dr said, everything looks good. Keep up the good work and you will continue to wear compression socks for the rest of your life. That's just how it goes.
The Big Guy was hoping that perhaps he can get some white compression socks. Get some Bermuda shorts and then sport a pair of sandals. Time to go walking at the Mall.
But the Big Guy was some what put out. They drove to Chetticamp and were there about 90 minutes before they had to be. Someone had told them, there was lots of construction on the highway and expect a lot of delays.
There was no construction. No traffic delays at all.
But you have to plan for the worst and hope for the best. So it all worked out.

They were there with plenty of time to spare.
It is a 2 hour drive to get to that hospital. But the Big Guy said, it was better than having to drive to Halifax, a 4 hour drive, just to get there. Then another hour to find the Dr office, park, and wait. Then the 4 hour drive back to Cape Breton.
Oh, so that you know, the Big Guy is doing fine. Dr said that he will have to wear compression socks from now on. This Big Guy scratched his head after he got into the car.
He could have said that over the phone.
