Good morning world.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.

The Big Guy was at the dentist yesterday.  He found that his old filling, may be, leaking.

So the dentist wants to remove the old filling and put in a new one.

She said, if that doesn't work, they will do a root canal.

The Big Guy said, no to the root canal.  If it doesn't work, then it's time to remove it.  The dentist said, OK.

I am lucky that I don't have problems with my teeth.

Also, animals don't have a dentist.  They only have a Vet.  The Vet has to do all the specialist jobs that are out there for humans.

It is going to be Thanksgiving Weekend in Canada.  Although it's really not a holiday here.

The Big Guy is pretty sure that it is going to be busy the week that it is Thanksgiving in the United States.  With Covid still out there, there is still a lot of people that are tired of Covid and the restrictions.

Tonya and the Big Guy got their Covid passports.  Although it's the Nova Scotia version.  But they are pretty confident that if they were to be asked to show their proof of vaccination, this would be good.

With Thanksgiving coming up, the Big Guy isn't sure if Tonya is going to want him to cook a turkey on Monday.  He is ready to do so, if she asks.

Then, after Thanksgiving, he has to think about the blow ups that they put outside for Halloween.

It is always a bit of a job.  They come down really quick though.

But it's been like that for years now and the Big Guy knows, there are kids that sort of expect the decorations to go out.
