The Big Guy is rather happy to have his own computer fixed.
A few days ago, we had 3 power outages. The 3rd outage, pretty much fried his computer monitor. So he had to get a replacement.
Thankfully, he was able to do that via Facebook Marketplace.
Right after work yesterday, he took the car. He came back and had a monitor in his hands.
He went right upstairs and hooked it all up. He was very pleased when he came back downtairs.
Yesterday the Big Guy also tried a new recipe for fried chicken. But it wasn't fried. It was baked in the oven. But if you were to look at the chicken, you would think it was deep fat fried.
Tonya liked the chicken so much, she even ate the skin. Which is something that she normally never does.
She also wants to take a piece of chicken in to one of her co-workers and didn't believe it was oven baked and not deep fat fried.
The Big Guy doesn't mind that too much. Her taking food in to this one guy. He has always praised the Big Guy and his cooking.
A lot of people have said that the Big Guy should have opened a restaurant. He really isn't interested in doing that. He prefers cooking for himself and his family.
