Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Yesterday, the Big Guy made Taco Spaghetti.
Now, at one point, Tonya came downstairs and she was hungry.
The Big Guy was working on his concoction, but he wasn't done yet.
Tonya grabbed a small bowl.
She said it was really good.
Lately, the Big Guy has been putting his hamburger, all flattened out, in the oven, under the broiler.
This gives his dishes a whole new flavor profile.
He also drains the hamburger grease and brakes up the hamburger.
He finds it makes for a much "cleaner" hamburger without all the grease.
There is some of course.
He can't get rid of all the grease.

I think he is going to be steaming some eggs again.
Something quick and easy for breakfast.
He has done that several times.
But at some point, there is always that one egg that is left.
They could always give it to me.
I like boiled eggs.
