Good morning world.
Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.
The other day, while the Big Guy was at work in the upstairs bedroom, he watched a guy drive past the house and as he was driving, he extended his hand outside the driver window and dropped his garbage on the road.
Now, it only looked like it was some sort of plastic cup with a napkin.
But still...
Did the driver really have to do that?
As the Big Guy looks outside, he can still see the cup and the napkin in the middle of the road.
Will the Big Guy go pick it up? He might, if he is outside. If it blows on to the lawn that is outside his hedge, he will just mow it over with his lawn mower. It will be shredded and he will be done with it.
Just more mulch for that lawn that is outside his hedge.
That part doesn't really belong to the Big Guy. The pegs for his property line are clearly marked. Outside the hedge doesn't belong to him. But he does keep it trimmed up and mows the lawn. Not like some other people. That lawn doesn't belong to them and they will not mow the lawn.
The Big Guy feels that if it were not taken care of, who would mow it? The city?
There has been times, when the Big Guy is out mowing his lawn, he will just keep driving his lawn tractor, further and further down the road, cutting that lawn, or at some point, the hay that has been left by other home owners.
I'm sure if Tonya would let him, he would just drive around the places where I go for walks, and he would mow all that down. But, he isn't stupid. If his lawn tractor breaks, who is going to offer to fix it?
