Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.
The Big Guy has some pork ribs that are left over from the other day.
He said, to himself, that he is going to make some Chinese Noodles.
Now, is this a REAL recipe?
Not really.
It was something that his father had dreamed up.
More or less, it was made to move the veggies that were going bad in the fridge.
Same with the meat that would be left over.
Add some macaroni and soy sauce.
Then bake it.
The Big Guy's father dubbed it, Chinese Noodles.
Is this the name of what it "should" be called?
Why not?
It's as good as any other name of some stuff they have made.
The Big Guy could cut up the meat that is left by hand.
Or...
He could get out his food processor and have it done in about 5 seconds.
But then there is about 10 minutes of clean up.
First World problems...
