4/Jun/22 why can't I meet and greet the visitors

Good morning world.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Yesterday, we had a delivery.

As you can see, there is the delivery truck.

The Big Guy had it already planned.

He put up the baby gate in the door way that goes to the front of the house, just by the microwave.

They got me to go to the kitchen.

Then, they put a kitchen chair in the nook area and opened the patio door.

Then kept opening the patio door and pulled the dinning room chair towards the open door.

This meant I was TRAPPED in the kitchen and the nook area of the house.

Believe you me, I wasn't happy about this arrangement.

The Big Guy had spent the morning, moving the mattress and box spring out of their room, down stairs and into the library room in the house.

I could hear the guys talking.

I NEEDED to see them.

But I couldn't.

I barked and barked and barked.

Nothing, they still wouldn't allow me to go meet and greet the new visitors.

I think it had more to do with the fact that the front door was WIDE open.

They know me too well.

I would have just gone outside and ran away.

I would still have loved to have met the guys though.

Once I was freed from the kitchen, I ran around and around.

Tonya and the Big Guy went upstairs.

They were admiring the new mattress that they got.

I sniffed it but wasn't interested in that.

I was looking for the guys.

3/Jun/22 be a dear and get me a treat

Good morning world.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.

I'm not sure what the Big Guy is up to.

He told his computer to do a scan for virus.

I don't have a virus.

I'm pretty sure that Tonya and the Big Guy doesn't have a virus.

I just know, that during this scan, it's slowing down this computer.

Tonya got some balogna yesterday.

I wonder if I will be able to get her to give me some if she fries up some for her breakfast.

I can be pretty persuasive when it comes to mooching food from her.

She could heat up some beans and make some toast too.

Yes, I do get the farts from beans.

I just don't fart like humans do.

I got a notice that the virus scan is completed and something was found and removed.

The computer seems faster now.

But the computer also wants to do a reboot.

These computers...

So demanding...

Not like me...

I'm just loving.

2/Jun/22 are you really going to eat all that

Good morning world.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Yesterday, Tonya made some pizza.

I thought I would hand out in the kitchen while she was preparing it.

I waited and waited for her to drop some of the pepperoni.

Nothing...

I waited and waited for some of the cheese she grated to fall on the floor.

Nothing...

I waited and waited for some of the peppers that she was cutting up to find it's way to me.

Nothing...

Mushrooms, yea, what ever.

Didn't really want any of them to start with.

She spread out the pizza dough.

Sauce on the dough.

Toppings.

Nothing found it's way to me.

I got in the way.

I wagged my tail.

I slobbered.

Eventually I got some of Tonya's crust when she was bringing her plate to the kitchen.

That was a lot of work for just some crust.

1/Jun/22 my tail wags left and right

Good morning world.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Humans smile, dog wag their tail.

It's a reflex action.

Not everyone has a tail as strong as mine though.

I can clear items right off the coffee table.

Same with the end tables that they have in the living room.

Yesterday, Tonya took me for a small walk.

As we got to the crossing guard's car, he had his little dog with him.

A lot of small dogs are a bit nervous and bark a lot.

When I got near the car, it was no different.

Bark bark bark

I put my nose into the car window.

The little dog shut his effin mouth.

The crossing guard was amazed at how big I am.

Of course, my tail is bigger than his whole dog.

I was rather winded from our walk.

I went an laid down and rested.
