Star Wars fans are going nutso over this.

I wonder if some of them took the day off work and are binge watching all the Star Wars movies?

Not quite something that the Big Guy would do.

I have heard one of the guys that the Big Guy worked with, would take a certain week off of the year, as that was when a new game would be released.  He wanted to be able to play the game, undisturbed for that entire week.

Humans can be a funny lot.

Yesterday, Tonya made pizza.  Normally, I get her crust.  Yesterday, she wouldn't give it to me.  She kept saying "no".  Which is not like her.  I always get some of her pizza crust.

She makes me wait and wait and wait.  Finally when she does give it to me, I snap it from her fingers.  Then she yells at me for snapping.

Well, yea, you have been making me wait all this time...  Of course I'm going to snap.

But now she is telling me that I've got kibble in my bowl and that is what I'm to eat.

Whoa whoa whoa, what's going on here?

Diet food...  I'm I on a diet?

You can't do that, it's Star Wars day.

3/May/21 the wine glass isn't going to fill itself

 

Good morning world.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.

We went for a drive yesterday.  The Big Guy even rolled down the window for me.  I barked at a few people.

We ended up in Sydney at the pet store.  Tonya was the only one that was allowed in the store.  When she came out, the Big Guy grabbed the new bag of dog food and put it in the back of the car.

They also got me a new toy.  It has like 8 squeakers in it.

But, lets talk about the dog food.

First off, Tonya mixed it with the old stuff.

But this new stuff, it's for weight control.

I weigh a lot.

More than most dogs my age.

The Big Guy says that Tonya is killing me slowly with kindness.

When she feeds me human food, it isn't good for me.

But their food is just so damn delicious.

If I could, I would only eat their food and no more kibble.

Guess that isn't happening...

2/May/21 let's play tug of war

 

Good morning world.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.

The Big Guy is going to try something new today.

He has some Montreal Spiced Bacon in the fridge.  He seen someone was talking about doing a bacon spiral.  He will see if it's any good.

But he isn't dumb.  He is only going to use 1/2 the package.  If it doesn't turn out, he doesn't want to get shit from Tonya.

Yesterday Tonya made this Teriyaki Pork stir fry with rice.

The Big Guy said, it was like he was eating something that would have been bought in the store.  I didn't get to have any of it, due to the pork.

I wasn't too happy about that.

It smelled rather good.

Tonya is also talking about getting me some new dog food.  For overweight dogs.  Not too happy about that.  We will see just how well I like the food.

I guess I will just have to bug more for treats.

Diet = just a the word DIE with a T at the end.

1/May/21 could you give me a back scratch

 

Good morning world.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Occasionally the Big guy will purchase stuff and then he has to find the receipt.  He is organized enough that he can locate his e-receipts.

As an example, there is this video editing software that he purchased.  Now, on the computer prior to this one, it didn't work so well.  It took a long time to load up.

He was able to start the download of the software again and will see how this newer computer works.

He knows that he will have to wipe the other computer clean.  Then it's to see if someone will purchase it.  If nothing else, the tower itself is worth some money.  Especially to a gamer.  The tower us huge.

The weather was nasty yesterday.  All that rain.  I'm not a tree.  I really didn't expect that amount of rain.

But it will help the lawn.  

The lawn also needs fertilizer.  

The Big Guy will always remember the Summer of 2007.  They got so many thunderstorms that year.  There was more thunder and lightening storms than what they would have got when they lived in Moose Jaw and Winnipeg.  They get a lot of summer storms.

That year, the Big Guy was mowing the lawn every three days, as it was growing that fast.

Now, he waits for the dandelions to die before he mows the lawn.  The Bees need the polen.

Then after that, he mows the lawn about once a week, if it needs it.
