Good morning world.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Yesterday the Big Guy made a Seafood Chowder.

Normally I can get some.

Yesterday, was not normal.

I got some broth, but no sea food.

They also had some lemon danishes.

The humans that were there, all said that they were dry.

I have so much drool, I hardly noticed.

Tonya said that the danishes that are left, are going to go out to the sea gulls.

I hardly think that is fair.

Do you remember that chicken that the Big Guy made the other day?

I said that the Big Guy warned Tonya that the chicken was really salty?

Well, the chicken is till out there.

None of the animals will eat it.

We even had quite a bit of rain.

So you would think the salt would have washed off.

Still, nothing.

19/Jun/22 hot dog maker must be broken

 

Good morning world.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Yesterday, the Big Guy was outside and he was using the BBQ.

But only for steak.

No hot dogs.

I was having a hard time understanding what was going on.

Was it not able to make hot dogs any more?

I know there is hot dogs in the house.

They are in the freezer.

That must be it.

Hot dogs were frozen and you can't BBQ frozen hot dogs.

But...

I am sure you can boil frozen hot dogs in water.

Don't they love me any more?

That can't be it.

Tonya did give me a few pieces of her steak that she couldn't finish.

But the lack of hot dogs has me very concerned.

I will just have to sit and stare at the freezer and send a mental image of a hot dog being inserted into my mouth.

18/Jun/22 chicken went to the birds

 

Good morning world.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Yesterday, Tonya and the Big Guy left for a long time.

Gotta remember, even when they are gone for 5 minutes human time, it's like forever to myself.

Having said that, time is subjective to me.

To me, they were gone for a very long time.

They got this box of spices.

The Big Guy went on line to see how to use the spice.

Looked easy enough.

Turns out, you have to dilute the spices with flour first.

The website said to sprinkly it over the chicken.

The Big Guy did more than a sprinkle.

He also didn't cut it.

So it was just straight spice.

The chicken we really salty.

So salty, that it got thrown out to the sea gulls.

The Big Guy doesn't know exactly where Tonya put the chicken.

But when he looks outside, he can't see any chicken out there.

Perhaps the fox got it.

17/Jun/22 some places are getting thunder and lightening

 

Good morning world.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.

In the news, I seen that parts of the maritimes are due to get thunder and lightening.

I am not a fan of this.

The lightening is fine.

It's the thunder that gives me pause.

I normally seek out the Big Guy.

He laughs and tells me that I'm a good boy.

Tonya put out some chicken the other day.

Today, it has to be cooked...

or...

It will be sea gull food.

I wonder if the Sea Gulls ever get an upset stomach due to some of the stuff they eat.

The Big Guy opened the blinds yesterday in the room where he works.

The blind went all the way up to the ceiling.

He can't reach it now.

He is going to have to get a milk crate of a chair to be able to reach the blind.

He has to lower it when the sun is shining down on him.
