17/Apr/22 it was nice outside

Good morning world.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Today the Big Guy is going to be cooking a turkey.

Not sure why they say, going to "cook" a turkey.

Actually, they bake it.

In the oven.

But the Big Guy has smoked a turkey one year.

Tonya told him, never again.

I know that the Big Guy will throw out the turkey bones to the sea gulls.

But, they will have to wait to get them.

The Big Guy will boil the bones to make sure he got the broth so that he can make a gravy from it.

He will likely make a turkey pie from some of the left over turkey.

Of course I will get some of the turkey.

That is one item that I can have.

16/Apr/22 they are loud

Good morning world.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.

I will say this for Aurora and little Floyd.

They are LOUD!!

But they also drop their food on the floor.

So, I guess you have to take the good with the bad.

I got to have some of the Fish and Chips that the Big Guy made.

Big Floyd came for a visit yesterday.  He wasn't sure that he was going to like the batter that was on the fish.  Turns out, he really liked it.

Although Mylynne was going to pass him the batter that was on her fish.

He passed on that.

His loss, my win.

I got the batter.

Yup, Floyd wasn't wrong, it was great.

Then, last night, for their supper.  There wasn't enough fries left, so Tonya made a box of Kraft Dinner.

Since the Big Guy had the fries, guess who got the left over Kraft Dinner.

Sure was a great day yesterday.

15/Apr/22 Houston we have a problem

Good morning world.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.

We are going to be having some visitors over today.

Aurora and little Floyd.

I wonder if I will be regulated to the back mud room?

It's about the safest place for me to be when they are visiting.

I imagine they will be running around the house, screaming.

Yet Tonya and the Big Guy doesn't seem to mind when they do that.

The Big Guy took out some fish from the deep freeze.

He is going to be going downstairs and cutting up some potatoes so that he can make some fries.

Then, they are going to be having beer battered fish.

Yup, home made Fish & Chips.

I hope he makes extra so that I can have some.

I wonder if he will get to make some onion rings?  Not that I would be able to have any though.

14/Apr/22 make more dog friendly food

Good morning world.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home, in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Tonya told the Big Guy, tomorrow, it's Good Friday.

We can only have fish tomorrow.

She told him, that he is going to be making Fish & Chips for everyone.

That means that the Grandchildren will be dropping by.

I wonder how much of their food will be dropped on the floor?

Also, how much of their food that they will not be eating and gets put in my food dish?

Plus, the fact that they put ketchup on everything.

I don't mind a little ketchup.

But, sometimes I like my food without ketchup on it.

I guess I can't complain too much about it.  They could be throwing out all the food to the sea gulls.

Which they will do if I can't have it.

Tonya bought the Big Guy some gummy bears.  But she thought that she would try to take them out of the container that they are in.  The container makes a lot of noise when it's opened.  I recognize the noise and I come running.

Well, all his gummy bears got dried out.

He threw them out to the Sea Gulls.

Honestly, I would have eating the dried out gummy bears.

Humans...

Can't live with them, can't live without them.
