I didn't notice till this morning.  But yesterday's blog post was #1234.

So far, I still haven't missed a daily post.

If your Canadian, today is the day to get out an exercise your right to vote.  Now, I would vote for the person that would put more hot dogs on the BBQ.

We haven't had hot dogs in such a long time, I'm starting to forget what the taste like.

Yesterday, Tonya brought some Turkey Pot Pie to work.  Well, she didn't finish it all.  So...  when they came home last night, she put the remainder of her pie in my food dish.  Oh my, wasn't it delicious.

Tonya asked the Big Guy to put some boiled eggs on the stove for her for when she wakes up.  So he did that.

I see a lot of dogs that get walked past my house.  But one of them that I don't see any longer is Bailey.  I wonder if she still lives with that other bratty dog?  He wasn't very nice at all.

So...  boiled eggs...

I wonder just how much begging I'm going to have to do to get some of Tonya's boiled eggs?

20/Oct/19 if I wish really really hard, I will get a steak

Good morning Cape Breton.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home.

I don't know if you recall, but yesterday, I was saying how the Big Guy was going to be baking some Turkey Pot Pies.

Well he didn't cook one Turkey Pot Pie.  

He baked two of them.

He was also hoping to be able to use up all the turkey that was left over.  Well, there was so much turkey, he wasn't able to use it all up.

So, he cooked them both and Tonya got him to put one of the freezer.

Believe you me, he was rather pleased with himself when Tonya told him, this was one of his better pies that he has ever made.

The Big Guy can see his ankles once again.  Yes, yes, he has always had ankles.  But prior to him being on the Keto WOE, he gained a lot of weight back and he wasn't able to see his ankles, due to them being all swollen up.

But now that he is loosing weight again, you can see his ankles once again.

He is rather happy about that.

Now, he says that he still has a lot more weight to loose, but this is a good start.

19/Oct/19 I was sniffing and they farted in my open mouth

Good morning Cape Breton.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home.

There still isn't any snow in the forecast for our area of Canada.  But the Big Guy should be thinking about putting the snow blower on his tractor for another season.

His knee is getting better every day.  Before, his knee would wake him up if he had it in a "bad position" within 2 minutes.  Now, he can lay on his side or on his stomach for 30 minutes or more, before his knee gives off the pain signal that tells him, he has to move as he is in a "bad position".

When the Big Guy got up this morning and was doing his morning evolution, he noticed that his ankles aren't as swollen as they would normally be.  He is rather happy about that.  It means, he is loosing weight.

...and you know what comes after weight loss...  It means that the Big Guy will be able to start taking me for walks again!  YIPPEE!  I can't wait.  I'm so excited!

There is quite a bit of turkey that is left over.  Tonya wants the Big Guy to make a turkey pot pie.  Which he is ready to do.  She wants him to make 2 smaller pies, so that they can be frozen for a later day.  He says he can do that as well.

We will see what he does.  So far, he isn't doing much of anything.

Well, now I've done it...

He has gone to the kitchen to start baking.

Guess who can't have any of his pie...  Yes, that would be me.

18/Oct/19 I'm back home where I belong

Good morning Cape Breton.

Maximus Handsomius here from my forever home.

So I had an over night stay at the kennel.  It was OK.  I got to play with some friends that I haven't seen in a while.

Tonya was right about me being tired.  I got home and I went right to bed.  Well, not to bed, but I laid down on the floor and slept.

Did you get all that wind and rain that we had?  Oh my!  I stayed in doors when it was storming.

But then, just as quick as the storm came in, it was gone.

There certainly is a lot of trees that don't have their leaves now.

The Big Guy was watching the news and there was all kinds of places that lost their power due to trees falling over.

The Big Guy also retired a pair of sneakers that he had for a long time.  The bottoms of the sneakers were OK, but the inside, they were worn right out.  The Big Guy is pretty big and when he used to walk me...  well...  he would wear out those cheap assed sneakers rather quickly.

This time, he had gone and got himself a NICE pair of walking sneakers.  We will see just how long they last after we start walking again.

I can't wait for the Big Guy's knee to get all better so that we can go for walks again.  That will be so nice!
